Bruce Whitis
Chief Executive Officer
Bruce Whitis has been actively engaged in the real estate development business for over 40 years as the founder and owner of the WBW Development Group and its construction and civil engineering affiliates. Over the course of his career, he has developed over 25,000 lots and more than 60 different residential subdivisions, cultivating decades long relationships with the largest National homebuilders and local builders alike.
He has also been engaged in numerous other successful business ventures throughout his career and developed a substantial portfolio of commercial properties throughout Central Texas. Bruce is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he studied Civil Engineering.
Douglas Reinke

Doug is an accomplished leader, having managed and led many different companies and organizations. He has led companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded and has in depth experience in human resources, finance, technology, marketing, sales and customer relations. He is a strategic leader whose people, operational and tactical skills have enabled him to grow and expand sales, profits and reach by recognizing that each organization is a system of systems that need to function in concert with one another to be successful.
Prior to joining WBW in 2019, Doug has been CEO of a technology and a service company and has experience acquiring, entitling and building office locations in the US and abroad. He is a graduate of Westfield State University and attended various business workshops and certifications.
Jane Seals
Corporate Controller

Jane Seals manages the accounting and finance functions for the entire WBW enterprise and its affiliated holding companies, with responsibility for cash management, taxes, human resources and the accounting department for all divisions. She has over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
Prior to moving to the U.S., she worked in a CPA firm in Germany, where she earned her Chartered Accountant (CA) certification, performing audit and tax preparation for client firms. She later worked as Controller of a major publicly traded communications and media company in Germany, where she introduced GAAP accounting and improved financial reporting. Prior to joining WBW in early 2007, Jane was the Controller and HR Manager for a Texas-based car dealership business.
Travis Parks
General Counsel

Travis Parks serves as General Counsel for WBW Development Group and its affiliates. He counsels the owner, managers, and corporate leaders on a wide variety of topics. He manages all legal affairs, including drafting and negotiation of contracts for professional services, construction, consulting services, access, engagement letters, brokerage services and purchase and sale agreements for commercial real estate transactions, primarily within the residential sector.
Mr. Parks’ extensive prior experience includes both transaction and litigation work in private law firms. Prior to joining WBW in 2020, Travis worked for a boutique Law Firm where he represented numerous real estate and non-real estate clients. He is a member of the Texas State Bar and earned his degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
